I started building a Python script that extracts the data, sends it to OpenAI API with a prompt, and creates a report ready to be sent via email. I'm struggling with what kind of user interface would trigger this flow.
I'd say make it as easy as possible to do the analysis. If it can be done with one click automation in the service, that's the best. The easier the better for people like me who just want to get the result and don't know how to do the coding.
