@stacksave - love the “a very useful tool I didn't know i needed” - sometimes you only know it once you see it in action.

Thanks, Jamie!

I’ve been using Obsidian for a few years, but it’s a bit clunky to save Notes there, and the idea of using mentions popped up when I was working on this project https://stackcontacts.substack.com/p/how-to-turn-substack-notifications

These notifications are a gold mine of data, but Substack is using it for dopamine (like every other social media company).

I'm liking your "stacksave" solution more than the recently introduced native note saving. With Stacksave you have a searchable archive, which the native solution doesn't offer. Thanks for another great product Finn.

You can save Notes on the app. I’m not sure about the desktop version.

Hi Mary,

Where do the saved Notes show up in the mobile app?

I've tried it, but I'm getting errors, and I don't see them in the Inbox (Subscriptions) where the saved posts are showing up.

Upper right corner. Tap the 3 dots to open the menu. Save is a choice. To view saved go to in box at the bottom to open menu and tap the save tab. Now this is odd because yesterday the save tab showed a choice of notes or posts and today that’s gone.

Perhaps Substack team is testing their solution, just like I'm figuring out mine?

Probably. I see stuff come and go a lot!
