Hey Kathleen, with all the AI buzz these days, you’d think computers could just whip up the code and fix their own bugs, right? 🤖😂 But nooo, they still leave us mortals to clean up the mess. I’ve been writing software for nearly 50 years now, and I can proudly say I’ve *never* written bug-free code... because where’s the fun in that? 😜
I am loving your Extension for Notes. I think it will be a game changer.
Have you fixed the bug?
Can you make it so that after the scheduled time, it gives a "delivered" acknowledgement? or a history of the posts delivered? If a history, perhaps ability to duplicate/restack it to a new note.
Can you possibly make it so that I can upload a photo as well?
Hi Jeannette, I'm getting closer to finding the problem. As there is no API documentation I have done a lot of testing to get the rich text parsing and rendering to meet the API requirements. You have probably seen some test posts that are quite close, but still not perfect. One problem I have are that weblinks are not rendering correctly.
That history suggestion is great, I love that idea - I could move "delivered" Notes to another list where you can re-edit / re-stack notes from.
On the photo uploading - this is no my TODO list, a few other people have asked that feature. It will require some research on how the API works and integration with the Chrome extension.
Thank your for the excellent feedback and ideas how to improve this software.
I pushed version 1.2.1 to Gumroad. Please download the new version and let me know if you have any issues. The user interface has multiple new features and capabilities
I clidked the like button but I know me and doing anything different with the way I am doing things now bothers me. I get frazzeled even with plain, clearly writen directions. I haven't even started putting pictures with my pieces and I even have a cat I write about but no pictures put us in them.
Finn,
I will re-stack this as soon as you let us know about the bug. Too bad it's not the kind we can just squash. 🥾
And I'm sure you're very aware of coming out with programs or there are gonna be bugs.
Look at Apple - every time I download the first version of any update it almost always messes up my iPhone .
Apple support told me that when the very first version comes out on the new update. Don't update it. Wait until it comes up with the next version.
What you're doing is amazing 🎉
Just being able to schedule a note helps so much and with these additions, my goodness.
Please don't stress over it 🤗

Finn, maybe there's a conspiracy theory behind this 😂
Well, again, everything that you're doing is amazing... and I'm in awe.
I can't write a program, but I can save your life 😉
I guess.... different strokes for different folks 😎

I have the previous version. Do I need to download a new update?
Can you hold-off for now - I found a bug in version 1.1 that I am working to fix ASAP?
Extremely helpful, thank you very much!
